Whether you want to ring in with your order or place it online, you can view all of our merchandise 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you can't find what you are looking for on our website, our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Eureka Clothing is available internationally online via eurekaclothing.com. People from all parts of the world including Australia, Canada, China, India, Russia, Singapore, United Kingdom and The Untied States of America, can now make a purchase and get the goods delivered right to their front door.

It's $20 for packaging, delivery and insurance.

And Kiwi's can now send a gift of Eureka Clothing to anyone anywhere in the world! Simply enter a new shipping address, noting in the shipping instructions if it's a gift and including any message you may want to pass on. We'll take care of the rest.

We’re committed to providing high quality children’s clothing. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any garment, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we’ll replace it or give you a full refund.

We’ll put it right. No excuses. No problems.

To arrange a return and an exchange or refund, simply:

  1. Fill in the returns/exchanges form
  2. Place the form and garment in a courier bag and send it back to us at the below address. Postage is at your own expense.

If the garment turns out to be the wrong size or you would prefer another colour, you can exchange for another size or colour by returning the unwashed garment in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

We'll replace it for you without question, simply:

  1. Fill in the returns/exchanges form
  2. Return the garment to us unwashed in original condition with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase for a free replacement.
  3. Place the form and garment in a courier bag and send it back to us. Postage is at your own expense.

100% Easy Returns

If a garment turns out to be not quite what you had in mind, you can send it back to us unwashed in original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund using your original payment method.

Simply:

  1. Fill in this returns/exchanges form
  2. Return the garment to us unwashed in original condition with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  3. Place the form and garment in a courier bag and send it back to us. Postage is at your own expense.

Payment methods

  1. By credit card (Visa and MasterCard)
    Eureka uses DPS Payment Express to securely process and manage credit card transactions. DPS is certified to Visa and MasterCard’s global industry standards (PCI DSS), ensuring that best practice methodologies and processes are adhered to, protecting Eureka customers.   2. By bank account transfer via phone or internet banking.
    The mutual advantages of this system are:

    2. Eliminates the need for you to deposit cheques

International Delivery

  • If you are not home when the courier drops by, your order will be left in your post-box if it can fit or by your front door, unless otherwise instructed by you (when you make your order).
  • Your order is secured against loss and damage.
  • A postage fee of $20 (NZ dollar) is charged per international order and covers packaging, delivery and insurance.
  • Delivery is 3 – 6 working days from receipt of payment to Australia.
  • Delivery is 6 – 10 working days from receipt of payment to Canada, China, India, USA, UK, Singapore & Russia.

Back order

If a garment you order is temporarily out of stock due to high demand, you can place it on back order. We’ll phone or email you with an expected delivery date and the garment will be sent to you as soon as it’s available.
