Whether you want to ring in with your order, place it online or visit us in-store, you can view all of our merchandise 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you can't find what you are looking for on our website, our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

We’re committed to providing quality children’s clothing. If for any reason your garment turns out to be faulty, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we’ll replace it or give you a full refund.

To arrange a free return and an exchange or refund, simply:

  1. Fill in the returns/exchanges form
  2. Turn the courier bag inside out
  3. Place the form and garment in the courier bag and attach the enclosed pre-printed address label
  4. Ring The New Zealand Post Courier Service on 0800 268 7437 to arrange a pick up.

100% Free Exchange

If the garment turns out to be the wrong size or you would prefer another colour, you can exchange for another size or colour by returning the unwashed garment in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Four simple steps and we’ll replace it for you free of postage charges:

  1. Fill in the returns/exchanges form
  2. Turn the courier bag inside out
  3. Place the form and garment in original packaging in the courier bag  and attach the enclosed pre-printed address label
  4. Ring The New Zealand Post Courier Service on 0800 268 7437 to arrange a pick up.

100% Easy Returns

If a garment turns out to be not quite what you had in mind, you can send it back to us unwashed in original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We’ll give you a full refund using your original payment method.

  1. Five simple steps to obtain a refund:
  2. Fill in this returns/exchanges form
  3. Turn the courier bag inside out.
  4. Place the form and garment in the courier bag  and attach the enclosed pre-printed address label
  5. You can either:
    1. Apply postage and post the form and garment in original condition back to us or,
    2. If you prefer, leave the postage blank, ring The New Zealand Post Courier Service on 0800 268 7437 to arrange a pick up and we’ll deduct our $7 postage charge from your refund.

Payment methods

  1. By credit card (Visa and MasterCard)
    Eureka uses DPS Payment Express to securely process and manage credit card transactions. DPS is certified to Visa and MasterCard’s global industry standards (PCI DSS), ensuring that best practice methodologies and processes are adhered to, protecting Eureka customers.   2. By bank account transfer via phone / internet banking or by visiting your local bank branch.
    The mutual advantages of this system are:
    1. No possibility of cheques going missing in the post
    2. Eliminates the need for you to deposit cheques
    3. Quicker Bank clearance time of the funds deposited
    4. It's secure
    5. Is easier for you to recognise our payments as you can nominate references to appear on your bank statement. 

Delivery - New Zealand Orders

  • Your order will be sent to you via the New Zealand Post Courier Service. You can track your order using the reference number on your shipping confirmation email and by phoning 0800 268 7437 or going online to Track & Trace at www.courierpost.co.nz.
  • If you are not home when the courier drops by, your order will be left in your post-box if it can fit or by your front door, unless otherwise instructed by you (when you make your order).
  • Your order is secured against loss and damage.
  • A postage fee of $7 is charged per order and covers packaging, delivery and insurance.
  • Delivery is 2 – 3 working days from receipt of payment to most New Zealand destinations.

Delivery - International Orders

  • Please email us on contact@eurekaclothing.com with you details and the items you would like to order and we'll provide you with a delivery charge and organise the rest from there!

Back order

If a garment you order is temporarily out of stock due to high demand, you can place it on back order. We’ll phone or email you with an expected delivery date and the garment will be sent to you as soon as it’s available.
