A lot of thought and understanding goes into every Eureka garment and your comments, views and opinions have always been of great value to us.

We are on the hunt for 50 or so boys and girls together with Mum or Dad to be part of our 2012 Eureka Development Squad!

What's in it for you?

Development Squad Members (sorry parents, children only) will receive a certificate of achievement and an exclusive squad tee when their tenure is up at the end of the year! We think it's really cool to get kids involved - It's not every day they get a chance to help with designing their own kit!

It’s an opportunity for your kids to brainstorm ideas, be imaginative and creative, define and assert their own sense of style and to form an opinion. It’s also a great opportunity for you to be involved in something special with one of your children. And isn't everyone a closet clothing designer?

What will Development Squad Members need to do?

As a squad member, you will monitor and recommend improvements to the Eureka range through completing online surveys 2 to 4 times a year. Ideally you would also be able to attend one or more meeting(s) in Wellington at our Design H/Q. At these meetings you will get to:

• Preview graphic and range designs, vote on your favourites and provide your valuation thoughts to develop and improve these designs.
  
• Trial and test new designs and initiate new ideas for styles through discussion groups
  
• Plus a lucky few will have the opportunity to be fit, photography or fashion show models

You will also need to provide a photograph of you and your child together as an email attachment. Participants must be between 6 and 15 years of age.
