The story starts four years ago, a happy husband and wife with a three month old boy and a big concept….we saw a gaping hole in the market for fashionable high quality clothing for boys.

 

Over the next two years we worked with Mums and their boys to share ideas, create and destruction test the range ….If clothing makes the man then clothing also makes the “nearly man” too being our principle. We wanted a range of clothes just for boys that matched their adventurous spirit, from their heads down to their dirty feet; clothes that would help them discover themselves and explore the world around them, help them to feel and look great, and above all else help them to grow.

 

We wanted clothes that would be built to thrash - last, and therefore be good value. Clothes that would allow Mums to feel good (proud even) about how they were clothing their beautiful (if not often grubby) wee lads.

 

With partners on board (all with boys of their own), we opened the doors of Eureka two years ago, first online, then in Wellington and more recently in Auckland.

 

Thanks to the over 5000 Mums (and Dads too!) who share our belief that boys are special, and who have bought Eureka clothing. While we really do understand what it’s like to raise boys (do we what!), your feedback over the last few years has greatly assisted in the development of Eureka Clothing. We hope Eureka in some small way helps get your boys to get busy, be active and creative, to get amongst it and have fun….boys just being boys.
