Shopping Terms & Conditions
Purchasing from eurekaclothing.co.nz
Eureka shopping gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping.
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online Mastercard or Visa transaction facility or by bank account transfer via your phone / internet banking or by visiting your local bank branch.
To purchase goods you will be required to register as a member of eurekaclothing.com. Apart from the many member benefits, including access to special deals and the ability to collect Fly Buys Points, your registration details will be stored securely and in accordance with Eureka’s privacy policy. When making any purchase you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to contract in New Zealand. If you are using a credit card to process a transaction, you warrant that the credit card is issued in your name and that you shall pay to the issuer all charges incurred while using online transactions.
Security
We use DPS Payment Express to securely process and manage credit card transactions. DPS is certified to Visa and MasterCard’s global industry standards (PCI DSS), ensuring best practice methodologies and processes are adhered to, protecting Eureka customers. You acknowledge and agree that internet transmissions are never entirely secure or private, and Eureka shall have no liability for the interception or 'hacking' of any data by unauthorised third parties.
Password and Login security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login ID and password, and for all activity which occurs on or through your account, whether authorised or unauthorised. You should change your password immediately if you believe that your login ID and password have been used without authorisation and advise Eureka of this.
Earn Fly Buys Points when you Shop Online
You can collect Fly Buys Points whenever you shop online with Eureka. Points will only be issued on purchases made online, not in-store.
You'll get 1 point for every $20 spent and opportunities to earn bonus points along the way. Simply enter you card number when you register or place your order.
Points are issued on all purchases and exclude Postage costs.
Pricing
All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (12.5% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
