HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

No exchanges or returns. All sales are final. If you would like to address a concern with an order you have received please contact us on the contact page, here

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All shipping fees are responsibility of the buyer. In case of a return, we are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns, The buyer also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of Eureka Clothing (Credit card fees). 

 

In the event of a return, we ask that items are shipped back within 3 business days of receiving the item, otherwise, we cannot accept the return. Please contact us if you have any questions. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All items are carefully packaged and typically shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Priority Mail (depending on weight). Items are generally shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment but due to delivery times with the postal service please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so if you would like to purchase insurance please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee. We will provide a tracking number to the email provided on order, once order has shipped.
